A few of us from Knockrome set up a pop up pizza stall to raise money for Jura Juniors on Thursday. We made 77 pizza bases and baked away on two ovens raising money for the charity. Pizza dough took two days to make with two ferments, making a delicious thin but stretchy artisan base, we made margherita, pepperoni, veggie special and ham and pineapple. It seemed to go down well with people asking when were would do it again … watch this space!!
