Holiday West Highland – Top 10 Things To Do On Isle of Jura

Jura now has its own section as a destination, in Holiday West Highland magazine. Historically Jura has featured on an “Islay & Jura” page, which only has stock photography and just 2 paragraphs dedicated to Jura which mentioned the Corryvreckan and Barnhill as things to do on Jura.  The island also featured (and still does!) as “One of the Top Ten Things to do on Islay” which of course it is, but we here on Jura know we’ve got so much more to offer than 2 paragraphs.   So here we are … 5 pages under Jura, along with our new improved website for Jura.

For the feature in the magazine we had to come up with the top 10 things to do on Jura, it was hard, we had way more than 10 things!   So we came up with 10 headings instead!!! We hope you agree with the 10 we chose, and we’ll be on the look out for more suggestions for the next issue so please let us know what you think!

Thank you to the many local businesses, photographers and copywriters, with everyone’s help we were able to transform 2 paragraphs into 5 full pages of useful content and ideas for visitors, to help give Jura a wee boost this season.
